Parent have the right to instill responsibility into thier children to make them into law abiding citizens but when does that lesson stop? Can we blame the parent for everything a person does?
Personal responsibility is one of those things that I feel everyone should have, yet a lot of people don't. It's tough to place the blame on any one thing because everyone's situation is contextual. I think it will be something that the human race will struggle with until we get eradicated by a natural phenomenon or we are replaced by robots!
